road construction

While getting to MBS International Airport is easy no matter where you're coming from, road construction could delay your trip. Check with the Michigan Department of Transportation for
up-to-date road construction information.

ATTENTION MBS PASSENGERS . . . The railroad tracks on Freeland Road in Freeland located between M-47 and MBS Airport are under construction and closed to through traffic.  A detour is posted; however, passengers coming to MBS from the west may want to avoid this area.  The railroad construction is scheduled to last until Monday, June 28th weather permitting.

Also, due to a Township water main project, Garfield Road north of MBS Airport is reduced to one lane with a temporary traffic signal.  Passengers coming to the airport from the north on Garfield Road should expect slight delays and allow for this in your travel out to the airport.
