Download and complete
the badge application,
and if applicable, the
fingerprint application.
Have your Authorized Signatory sign the section at the top of the second page indicating that you require a badge and select the access you require.
Review the List of Acceptable Documents to ensure you possess the correct identification for your security badge. Documents must be original, no photocopies will be accepted and they must be current and unexpired.
Bring the completed application and identification to the administration office. If fingerprints are required, call to set up an appointment.
Your paperwork will be submitted for a Security Threat Assessment (STA) and if applicable, a Criminal History Records Check (CHRC). The STA and CHRC typically take 3-5 business days to process.
Once your background check has cleared, you will need to complete the appropriate training to receive your badge. Training is every Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. in the Airport Administration Office. Call to sign up for a class.
After completing the
training your photo will
be taken and you will
receive your badge.
It is the responsibility of each individual to renew his/her badge by the expiration date. Badges can be renewed up to one month prior to expiration. Individuals are required to bring a completed badge application signed by the authorized signatory, two valid pieces of ID (original, not expired) and their current badge. List of Acceptable ID’s.
Failure to renew an Airport ID Badge prior to the expiration date will result in the deactivation of badge access and late fees.
